We give advice on all matters arising from government procurement processes, with both public and private parties, that is, both the State Agency convener and the bidders be they companies or individuals whether acting individually or as a consortium.

Our involvement ranges from counseling for inclusion on the National Register of Providers (RNP), to the development and/or administrative database studies, consultations and/or comments to the rules/terms and conditions proposals, advice to the Special Committees, to challenges in the awarding of the contract, the contract execution, sanctions by the Entity to the contractors and the defense of contractors during enforcement procedures carried out by the Supervisory Agency of Government Contracts (OSCE- once CONSUCODE).
